That's tough.

I'd recommend constantly changing positions and locations, if possible. Go to a cafe and read two hours, then go to a park and sit down and read two hours, then go to your dorm/whatever and read for three hours (change from the bed to the floor to the couch to the chair whenever you get "bored"), and etc. This helps me a lot when I have to study for long periods of times.

Also, don't study for 10 hours straight! Give yourself 25 minute breaks every so and so hours.

Hi

Hope this tip atleast stops you from getting dizzy during continous study time.

Whenever you feel like sleepy and want to continue with your studies forgetting sleep, eat a choclate. It has proved with mine and my friends. This may sound odd, but scientifically, the passive part of mind which makes one got to sleep, is made active with the concentration diverted to chewing the choclate. This method rightly suits for remote people who stay away from parents and places where night shops are out of reach.

If this doesnt help you, you are in trouble. Better have a nap and get back to learning as early as possible.

Next time you hear your exam dates, load yourselves.

It also hurts to lift weights continuously for hours, until you have practiced enough to get through the pain. Get an eye exam to make sure you don't have a vision disorder, but other than that, you just need to knuckle down and work hard until you build up the skills.
