Go to the Cook County registrar or county clerk. You'll probably need the date they were married and your aunt's maiden name. Most counties have websites to assist you in obtaining pubic documents, including application procedures and cost.

Call up the Cook County Recorder's office. They'll know. You might have to submit it in writing with a fee, but that's all public record for their marriage license. Just say that you're doing research for the family geneaology and that they were your aunt and uncle.
