What would you do? The girl never answers her door, has a BF who visits all the time and is loud, and we've already written her a letter about the noise they make. Our manager is lazy and won't do anything. What would be some good revenge?

when you go out for awhile turn on some corny music, turn it up enough so she will be able to hear it and leave it on . i feel for you, i had that problem before, its enough to make you go nuts. i hope you come up with some good ideas. you know what they say revenge is sweet.

I am I'm exactly the same situation. 2 days till I'm due & want to stay at home for as much of my labour as possible. I moved to the perfect ground floor flat in an amazing area 6 weeks ago to have more room and the extra bedroom for Babba.. Every single day the kids upstairs are running, jumping & falling over non-stop from about 7am-8pm. I feel so selfish that it winds me up so badly, but it really is rediculously loud and shakes the ceiling! It's hard to believe its only a couple of tiny people making such noise! I can't bare it, it puts me into tears sometimes when I'm feeling exhausted and that will only get worse when I've got a newborn here too. It's so distressing - but surely there's absolutely nothing I can do :(

Rent a trained attack dog and let it loose in her hallway. It will attack the visitors.

Seriously, bypass the manager and contact the landlord. If he doesn't do anything, call the board of health and tell them there's a really gross and wretched stench coming from her apartment, and it has been getting worse everyday. The health inspector will go through her place with a fine toothed comb, and your place, too, but yours is spotless, right? You would have hidden a small bag of garbage, fish heads, and rotten eggs somewhere in her hallway a week or two before calling the health department. Think that might work?

Find the main circuit breaker and shut her off. It will take her a bit to find out what happened, I did this to my old neighbor who was drunk and waking up my babies!

move or live in misery.. your neighbor will always have the upper hand, because she lives above you.. you can complain till your blue in the face.. but it will only make matters worse.. bummer eh
