what are these geometric lines? perfect.

It certainly appears to be man-made land development. If you look at 18°04'30"S and 70°15'15"W you will see similar lines in the land being developed south of Tacna, Peru (only 8 miles away from the coordinates you noted, so not exactly in the "middle of nowhere").

My best guess would be Nazca Lines. Roads don't make sense since it's in the middle of nowhere.

Those don't appear to be proper lattitude longitude coordinates?
