Black holes usually can consume anything even light. There is a theory that a black hole is a gap between space time i.e( a tunnel ), so when a particle enter theoretically it is assume it comes out in another galaxy, parallel universe, or even in our galaxy.

All of the mass is condensed into a superconcenstrated single mass with very little volume. This high density produces the gravity that pulls everything into itself. It is not really a "hole" but a small speck with the mass of up to several stars.
