We have short listed 2 holidays . Both are just as good as each other. What I would like to know is if anyone has been on anything similar and if so which one they would recommend. Your help on this will be greatly appreciated.

If you can't decide try visiting Sweden

Tough one. One holiday gives you a chance to stay in an igloo and the other gives you a chance to go on a husky sledge. You stand a chance of seeing the Northern Lights on both holidays, although more likely on Holiday 1 due to location. Personally I have not stayed in an igloo nor been on a husky sledge and would really love to do both. However, I'd side with husky sledge - the experience will be far greater than sleeping in an igloo. Go for Holiday 2.

No 1 for sure Tromsö Alta area is more beautiful than Kirkenes. You also cover more area=scenery on that in Kirkenes you mainly snowmobile on ice. King Crabs are fetched for you, you don't fish them (or eat by that matter). Ice fishing is nice but your group hardly has the patience to wait for catch. Nord cap is an experience on its own talking for trip 1.

The 2nd one sounds more active, like with more sports. Not being a keen fisherman though, I would go for the first one. It depends what you and your friend enjoy doing. Admiring scenic views or going fishing. Also the first one is a day longer. If you STILL can't decide then choose the cheapest! Have a fun holiday x I'm jealous.

Hi I have been to Norway. It is a very scenic country. If you love mountains and lakes then you will enjoy it. The only thing is that it is very, very expensive. I can give an example a candy bar cost about £1.20 which is roughly just over $2.00!!!! But other than that, the country is beautiful
Have fun,

Holiday 1. Definately, 2 sounds ok but number 1 has the edge on it.

neither would be my cuppa tea. Norway is very expensive also. A friend went there. However out of the two choices, I would go for the first one. have a great holiday whichever you decide on.
