Get a bankruptcy attorney. I knew someone who tried to do it themselves once. The judge made them feel 2 inches tall and sent them away to get an attorney.

Have you considered credit counselling? I know there are more than a few scam artists out there doing that sort of work but if you find a reputable agency, it may be better for you.

Good luck

I'm fairly sure you have to talk to a bankruptcy lawyer. They would know what documents you need, who you need to contact and what to do once your bankruptcy has been filed.
