I am looking for employment with either Dish Network or Direct TV?

Go to their websites and see if they have an "employment" section.

Call their headquarters and ask their human resources department if there are jobs available.

Find out what sort of jobs they have and send a blind resume for one that you're interested in.

I don't think you'll have a problem getting one. One or the other - or both - call me at least once a day. They must go through people like water.
I'd really check them out first.
You also have to know what you want to do.
