NET VIEW only shows the machines on the network, whether they're sharing folders or not.

NET VIEW \\ shows the non-hidden shares on a single machine.

NET SHARE shows all shared folders on the local machine

There is no single DOS command that shows all shared folders on a network. You could script that fairly easily in a batch file.
