Well it used to be drinking but that only causes more problems. So now I like to sleep or soak in nice hot bath. And sometimes if i can talk my spouse into a massage that helps

Sharing your problems with your friends is a healthy way of dealing with them. The drinking however will cause more problems then what they will solve. Drinking causes dependency especially if you feel that it helps you to cope with a certain situation. Try something natural instead, there are many teas out there to help you relax and calm down. Keep talking to your friends that is the best arm against problems.

We all have our 'unhealthy' days...lamentably that's facet of going for walks...it sucks, in view that you believe responsible if you do not comply with the 'agenda' EXACTLY. At least that's how I am feeling...I skipped my run the previous day and nonetheless ought to do a nine mile one in these days...ready till the warmth subsides a bit of. My recommendation could be to check out and now not beat your self up over it....simply be certain your well days are pleasant with a prime excellent run,. It will all stability itself out sooner or later. Just cling in there.

Good question, although I deal with everyday the same. A good day or bad is still a gift it my eyes. Psalms 118 tells me so. Just be thankful for them all. "Go Figure"!

I find that my friends and family are an immeasurable amount of comfort.

I can't seem to like drinking enough to get drunk or tired from it.
