TRUTHFULLY: No, 4 inches isn't considered a "good" size per se... However, if he knows how to properly use what he's got, then he shouldn't have a problem with the ladies, unless they are size queens.
Myself, anywhere between 4 to 7 inches is ample enough when the man knows how to use it right... ANything above 7 inches or so makes an*l sex and deep throat near impossible!

four inches is ok because the v*g*n* is only about 6 so guys that have huge ducks shouldnt be bragging since they cant even get it in
