Attention. They want guys to build them up, tell them they're pretty. They want to be the center of the life of a guy, any guy, all guys.
Of couse, the difference between a girl and a woman is seated in what they want: a woman will want companionship and security.
Caution: guys are simple. Give us attention, affection and approval and we are yours for life. A female is infinitely more complicated so only 'attention' will not cut it when they graduate to womanhood.

Someone to trust , and to trust them.
Females are sensative individuals and need a hug , someone too cuddle with , someone who's there too listen and understand thier needs.
