"The truth will set you free"
First, when you accept the Truth that is "Christ Jesus is your only salvation" By his suffering, death and rising from the dead. He cancelled the penalty of our Sin and paid our debits in full, the yoke of slavery removed!
Only by accepting “belief in Christ Jesus” He is the way (and only way)… the TRUTH… and the life” can we have relationship with God the Father, GOD THE CREATOR OF EVERY THING.
Freedom from sin…sin is anything that keeps us from God.
Without salvation we are held captives, we are slaves to sin. No mater how good you try to be, you will follow your basic nature. I want, I need…. I was a slave to alcohol, pornography, lust, and yes I was even a pedophile. By hearing the “Truth” believing the “Truth” accepting the “Truth” I AM FREE!!! Christ has forgive me and now calls me his Friend!
By the way, the wonderful part about belief or faith is that God gives it as a free gift. So if you are unsure, have questions or doubts that he is real. Just ask… It is okay for you to honestly say to God. God I am not sure about all of this, are you real? Do you really care about me? If you knew all the things that I have done… would you still accept me and forgive me? Let him show you… Let him love you, his Love is True love. If you want to know True Love… go to the source. It is awesome.

the truth will set u free" means that basicly its better to be honest and live a good happy life than lie and make life more serious and unhappy than it should be
