Having worked in a cell phone call centre I can honestly say your screwed. Once your 'buyers' remorse period ends..which is usually the first 30 days you have the phone, you really have no choice to stick with it or pay the early termination charge. I would always try and help callers who came through to me but my manager would always say it says we can't in the terms and conditions. And everyone knows once the terms and conditions are mentioned your screwed

Well since you have had the phone more then the trial period, you are stuck with the contract. Usually when you get a phone, you'd know within the first two weeks if it will work for you or not. I work with a cell company. You may need to speak to a store manager and explain "nicely" why you are unhappy. Most people go into stores with a bad attidute, damanding we do this and that for them, and get nowhere. Explain your concerns first. They might be able to offer you a diff. phone. Not all phones get good receiption, it might not be your service provider, but your phone. Motorola gets mostly pretty good receiption. A tri-mode phone works better in some areas, then an all digital phone. Maybe they can exchange your phone early "early upgrade" if they want to keep you as a customer. Next time you shop for phone service you should ask your neighbors to see who they have service with, and find out if it works for them. That's the best way to get with a cell phone company that works best for you. In the mean time, go talk with the manager of a store. Good luck.

Call your phone company and talk to them, tell them what has been happening. You should get a replacement and probably a comp. But make sure you call and complain a lot this way you can get out easily because you have had enough. Or else pay the termination fee which varies from $150-$300.

There isn't anything you can do. You could have canceled your contract within the time frame the wireless provider allows, but after that, the only thing you can do is pay the cancellation fee.

call your company and ask them to waive the early termination fee, since you are not getting the level of service.
