If you smoke near me I will have to assume that you are on fire, and take appropriate steps to extinguish you.

I wil break the smoking ban because I smoke not because im making a point. Inside public buildings I can respect but in public places outside is a joke!!! thats taking away human rights, i have the right to smoke if i choose to, i know it kills i read it on the packet every time i light up so whats with this ban crap!
Thats like saying the homeless make the place untidy, where else will they go?

Last time i checked this was still a free country!!!!

I respect every ones living space but, it's becoming a question of who can tell you what to do and where!

This November, the city of Tucson is trying to outlaw smoking in all bars... I say this is too much!

I will stand against laws that spend more money on smoking than they do on things that really matter such as: education, breast cancer, pubic notice, homeless and I'm sure you get my point.

If I go into a bar to have a beer and am told I may not smoke, I'll go somewhere else. It's that simple!

whilst the smoking ban grew to become into initially presented it did no longer have a right now impact via fact the people who smoke went outdoors. of direction via fact the climate grew to become less warm people the two had to pass without or stay at domicile interior the convenience of their own domicile. As for the non people who smoke, nicely, they're happy that they might drink in a smoke unfastened atmosphere yet how long will it final? via fact the pubs close down via loss of corporation, it ought to have an result on the non people who smoke finally via fact there will be no pubs or golf equipment to pass to. people who pronounced that they could now use the pubs via fact they're smoke unfastened can't replace the gross sales that Landlords have lost, and with the greater effective taxation on alcohol they are going to of direction purchase much less. that's a downward variety except the government re-introduce smoking into social components lower back. you are able to no longer have it the two strategies.

I protest the smoking ban by not going into establishments that ban smoking therefore they lose my buisiness. Boycotting services is one way to combat that. Also since lobbying is the craze these days, I might try lobbying to have the laws changed to reflect the rights of people who like smoky bars.

I have no problem with public smoking bans. I have as much right not to smoke as you have to smoke.

When it goes beyond that, into your own home or other private situations (such as private clubs), even as a non-smoker, I'm right there with you. Just don't blow smoke in my face!
