Well being that i live in Atlanta and the Youngbloods are from the 'A'...What Sean Paul aka Sharp Crease...He means he is sipping on some lean(syrup) its a real big thing in Texas...People drink it to get high and fcuked up off of it...The syrup actually turns the sprite purplish if its Tussin, or yellowish if its pramethazine

Its a large bag of highly potent drugs usually cocaine..it could also be a drink such as sprite mix with cough syrup..
