I am a 15 year old male and I am wondering if it is normal to have one testicle bigger than the other. It is a big difference, but is this normal??

Yes. That is totally normal. Nothing on your body is the same size...one foot is larger than the other, one hand it larger than the other, one eye etc..sometimes it is just more noticible than others. For most girls, one boob is larger than the other.
It is also normal for one to hang slightly lower than the other. That is so they don't bump when you move around- No joke.

Yes, as people have said, it is quite normal.
You only need to worry about testicular cancer if there is an obvious abnormality, like severe swelling or a lump.

its normal to have one that is a little bit bigger. But if its like huge than i would go see a doctor.

my uncle died from testicular cancer. I would go to the doctor just to make sure you don't have it. Better to be safe than sorry. Talk to your parents.

YES... Its very normal. I have yet to meet a guy who doesnt have one thats bigger than the other... Same thing with girls. All girls have one boob bigger than the other.

Yeah lots of people have different sized testicles.
If your worried go to the doctor, having them checked out is so quick and easy and not embarrassing when you are there.
Getting them checked out is part of manhood, step up and don't be ashamed of doing it.

Allegedly its quite normal.... so you should be fine...
.... Unless one testicle is HUGE and the other is tiny... in which case it might not be fine...
But then unless you give us the measurements, we can't really be sure.
Its probably fine though.
