You can't, unless you had the "Logger" turned on. Part of this is a program that keeps a log of ALL "events". Even then it depends on WHAT it was set to keep a record of!

Of course, there are OTHER programs that do the same thing. THESE are used by system managers to keep track of uses accesses (usually at work!) and/or hackers seeking information from your usage (passwords, account information, etc.)

I believe that once the sites are deleted from the history, you can no longer look for them there. Depending on the cookie settings, though, you may be able to look at the cookies to view the browsing history. Go to 1:) C:\Documents and Settings\"username"\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files and/or 2:) C:\Documents and Settings\"username"\Cookies

This should show you the internet address visited. Hope this helps..
