If the redness doesnt look like a rash then the redness is most likely caused by high blood pressure. Does the person who has the red face feel hot when thier face is red?

Sorry to hear about you being red in the face. There are a few conditions that can cause you to have a red face, and I am not going to include sunburn or being angry.

Roseca is a dermatological (skin) condition where your skin is red, with or without pimples. There is a face wash called Plexion that can help to clear up the condition.

High Blood Pressure. One of the few warning signs of high blood pressure is a red face.

A condition called Roseca is what usually causes that. You would have to check with your doctor to be sure. It is not serious but can be very bothersome.
