The people who practive beastiality will be the best to answer you. I don't think they are aroused at the sight of us like we are.. They have to be brought up to it....(not an expert as I have never seen an animal aroused at the sight of my person.)

It depends on many diffrent things such as,how long that animal is seprated from others,smells(Mostly in Frogs,Lizards,And Cat Species),stress can arouse their reprodyctive system,and so on...

Yes, in fact I saw a video of a cattle chasing a guy and when it caught up with the guy, it attempted to have sex with him.
A dog can get a hard on and hump around with some guy's legs. Saw this several times with different dogs.

Yes, I am not sure how many species this occurs in but I know it happens often with large birds. They often think of thier owner as their mate and become very jealous of others who come near thier owner. They also commonly perform instinctive mating rituals to get the attention of thier owner.

it depends on the stimuli. the smell of food will arouse any hungry animal to go after that smell so it can eat..
