I believe in love, and I have no problem with receiving emails from folk I meet here. This can be -and often is- a nice forum for meeting nice people, so I really resent being grouped in with your 'non-social- people, but I won't take offense, though.
Have a wonderful day, okay? Peace!

I recommend meeting people in real life, which is not as hard as it sounds.
First think of a good question for the environment you are in. Or even a general simple one like, "do you know the time?" Make sure it's a question no one would refuse to answer.
Then go to a busy place and keep an eye out for someone who you find attractive -- even if it is a slight attraction. Then ask the simple question.
If the person just answers the question and continues, then there's no real feeling of rejection. If the person gives you any additional information, or starts on another topic, then try to strike up a conversation.
Let the other person do most of the talking. You should mostly be asking further questions. People find it hard to resist answering questions, and also like to talk about themselves.
Also, look for these clues which indicate interest:
The person touches his/her hair.
The person lightly touches you.
The person looks directly into your eyes.
Never force anything. If things don't feel natural, don't pursue it.

I am happily married, and even if I wasn't, I'm not here to bone anyone, just to play. I would rather meet someone in person to start a relationship with.
