My cousins wife wrote personal ccomments about my pictures on my page for all to see. They were busts but they were also private things and personal. Like, for example: Theres a picture of my husband and i on there and she wrote, It looks like you guys for once are actually happy...and you dont have a stick up your a55. Among many other comments that were worse. I called her and told her i was upset about i and she told me life was too short to be moody all the time. Well the funny thing is, is that im exactly the opposite!She said that she was doing it as a joke to be funny. She would flip her lid if i went on her page and said things about her. Do u think im wrong to feel upset? What should i say to her to convince her it hurt me?

No, you are never wrong for feeling the way that you do. It seems like your cousin is a pretty miserable human being. There really isn't anything else you can say to convince her that she hurt you, except to tell her that she hurt you. Don't dwell on it... It sucks when family hurts you. Put up boundries, let her know it is not acceptable to treat you the way she does. Stand up for yourself.

I think what she did was definitely wrong and hurtful. Have you discussed this with your cousin? Maybe you should have a lunch with the wife and get across to her that it was not appreciated what she did, even if she was trying to be funny. The best thing is to talk! If the matter is not resolved or you let her think this is fine to do then situations will only get worse.

Yes, she was wrong. Even if it was meant as a joke, if it hurt you, it was wrong. Go on to your page and delete all of her comments and move on. The more she sees it bothers you, the more she knows she won.
