It may or may not cause any problems, it's hard to tell. But to be sure, you'll want to have it not tight. Stretching exercises resolve this in the majority of cases. Take two fingers and stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go (like increasing its radius) without pain, by hooking a finger on either side. It's a bit hard to describe and might take some experimenting to get right. Do this for a few minutes each day for a few weeks and that should do the trick.
When your foreskin is no longer tight, you'll need to make sure you clean underneathe it daily with water and mild soap to ensure it doesn't tighten again.
If the stretching exercises don't work there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that doesn't work there are still many other options, circumcision being one of them. But circumcision should be considered a last resort when all other options fail, and disregard any opinion that suggests that as the first option.

Many young males seem to have a very similar situation regarding a tight foreskin. Typically, when you're a child, the doctor will inform the parents to practice the exercise of moving the foreskin back and forth over the head to slowly stretch the foreskin, and make it easier to expose the head for washing and for urinating. When you're an adult or a teen and your foreskin doesn't retract all the way behind the crown of the head because of tightness, it might be necessary to consult a doctor who will evaluate the condition, and suggest either a small incision on one side of the foreskin, or in extreme cases, partial or total removal of the foreskin (Circumcision). I think most uncircumcised men go through the phase of stretching the foreskin by pulling it back and forth, until it the skin assumes the necessary flexiblity.
If you do continue with a tight foreskin, without making any attempts to improve the condition, it can lead to a few problems; for instance, it can make it impossible to clean correctly and creating a very bad hygiene situation...which could lead to infections. Another problem is that you might end up cutting or tearing the foreskin while having intercourse with a partner.....and that will definitely cause you to not only lose that emotional moment, but you'll have to visit an emergency room to be healed.
Best of Luck!

second question first - you can learn to stretch your foreskin out so it will be looser and retract easily to fully expose the head. There are several web sites that illustrate ways to do this. One is given below.
Unless there is more wrong than just your foreskin being a little tight, you won;t have any serious problems with sex in general. However, it is better to be able to retract fully to clean all of your penis as well as when putting on a condom.
So give the stretching a try and enjoy all the new sensations you discover as you get the glans/head exposable.

depends on the partners and their interest in each other, their love for each other and their attempts to keep their sex life in bloom:).. I would say once a day now because its 3 or 5 more years, and there are those who have it once a week (kids around and so many other reasons), but that could be rare too:). I know of an unfaithful ex-husband (mine) who has sex twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening just to make sure that his wife never suspects and with that kind of sex, she doesn't:). More than 7 years, I think they stop counting because it has become so rare unless they are sexually compatible in bed, and their interest and dynamics never vane:). I was also told by a very embarrassed male (psychology counselling) that he had 6 times in one evening with the same lady because she was new, and that continued while he had a wife who was a paraplegic for several months, but he then became thoroughly impotent:) which is why he came for counselling because his girlfriend gave up when he gave out. Trust this answers your question

If it will retract fully revealing the whole glans (head) then there is nothing to worry about. Generally, a tight but movable foreskin will stretch over time due to movement during sex.
If it is so tight that it is painful, a simple incision on one side will free that up, and once it heals you will be fine. This is NOT circumcision; circumcision should not be a considered just because the foreskin is a little tight.

If you're having difficulty pulling back your foreskin to fully expose your penis' head, you might want to consider going to a urologist or a surgeon to have it checked. depending on how tight your foreskin is, it may lead to uncomfortable (or painful) sex, and it might lead you to having some health problems - if you dont get to clean your dick well :)

surely it is going to affect sex life. if you feel pain when your foreskin is moved behind, have a check with doctor. They may recommend you for circumscion operation. if you are not going to have sex then no problem, but make sure you clean your penis daily by pulling the foreskin.
