My wife is having an affair and the sex between us is great now. We had a very poor sex life before the affair with both of us having bitter issues in the bedroom. That is what she told me was a large reason for her having the affair. She told me she just wanted to have sex without really having to think about problems/issues. So we started having sex again and it was a lot better for both of us. For me one of the issues was that she was a prude in the bedroom. Anything more than missionary with the lights off was not allowed. Now that she found out what the guy she is sleeping around with wants her to do she is doing it. So a little bitter that she would not try this stuff for me but first with a stranger. At least I am now getting the benefits of her being adventurous in the bedroom now. She is pretty much up for trying anything ,or trying to get better at stuff she did with him already with me, so she can please the other guy better. So I am happy in the bedroom:)

This is not an ideal situation. Yes I want the affair to end. But maybe it is not all bad since we have gotten over some of the hangups in the bedroom.

I would have to agree with you. I have been there and done that too!
I think for me one of the big reasons was because it made me feel sexier, younger and desired by someone. Some stranger wanted me and we had a lot of fun and possible lived out some fantasies. He was younger and a bit more adventurous than any one I had been with before.
For most women......when you feel sexy and wanted the sex and adventure part comes easier.
I think sometimes when you have been married for a while you tend to be OVERLY NICE.......Like when my husband and I were first dating. I would wake up in the middle of the night and drive to his house just to wake him up and blah blah blah........Now we have been in the same bed for the past 15 years and when I wake up in the middle of the night I think "better let him sleep so he can get to work tomorrow!"
We talked about it and guess what? He still likes me to wake him up!!
So quite being so nice! Ask for what you want when you want it! And have fun with you spouse!

It's not the ideal situation, but who really has an ideal situation? If you are content with the way things are, then who are we to judge. You are benefiting from a great sex life, and maybe your wife's affair will end soon, maybe it won't but it's up to you to decide how you'll handle this. But like I said, if you're ok with the status quo for now, enjoy! Talk to your wife and see if she can end the affair though.

Think about. There are lots of people - even answering your question now - that strongly disagree with this behavior. They are candidates for sure cheating relations. It is simple: can you really believe a person will have sex with just one for life? Tweinty, thirthy, fourty years? Today? Come on! If you past this complicated line and survived, congratulations. You already experienced the gains and advantages! What else to say? Enjoy and explore the possibilities...! The rest is puritan bullshit!!!

if you tell your spouse (politely) that you are considering having an affair, chances are they will politely put a pillow over your face while you are sleeping. You can "politely" talk to your spouse and try to work out some problems that might drive you to an affair but once the affair happens all politeness goes out the windows.

Gross! For one, we don't really care about the specifics of when and how you have sex. Second, you better see a doctor when you get a chance. I mean a doctor who can test you for STDs and also a psychiatrist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
