There are many locations dotted all over the map. They are:
Outside any girlfriends house, when they are in.
In Los Santos area:
Head west from teh Johnson house, and cross the railway line. As soon as you pass under the bridge, turn right next to a weird building. Park on the drive, and go through the archway to the right. The little people icon will be there
Head to Dillimore from Los Santos, and look for the 'general store'. I can't remember the exact location, but there is an icon next to the general store
there is a rampage in Pershing Square, LS. In the dead centre of the square, there is a little skull icon.
In the San Fierro area:
Head west from your garage, until you pass the construction site, and you see a car park. The icon is near a vending machine in the car park.
In the Las Venturas area:
On the motorway that heads over the gant bridge, take the bayside tunnels exit (You may need to drive on the wrong side of the road). Carry on up that road, until you come to El Quebrados. Take the first right, then first left, then first right. Around the corner there should be an icon near a little shop. (Alternate directions: Head west from the barber shop)
Off the strip, head to the Royale Casino (Where Madd Dogg tried to jump off.) Around the northern side, there should be a covered alley (Still part of the casino). There should be an icon there.
To activate the icons, if it doesn't say, press any button on the second controller. You choose the second player

Hook up 2 controllers, and then bypass to between the places the place you will get to the run around areas, or the rampage or regardless of areas. The Los Santos section interior the slums has one in case you bypass there.

when ever you want to do that go to 1 of ur gfs house and go to the 2 person icon then follow instructions. First ur gfs must be home to play in this mode or u can't do it.

well there is one next to a vending machine near the gas station safe house u just make a left turn after the car mod place
