My next question. after me and my fiance make love if i orgasm or not, i get like spasms down there and little tingly numbness shoots down my legs. is that normal? if i just lay there it goes on for awhile but if i get up and move it goes away alot faster. what is the cause of this? any information would be helpfull and appreciated! thank you in advanced!

forgot to add the numbness and tingle only accurs on the inside of my legs no where else.

Usually, because of the position that we place our legs in, blood flow is restricted to the lower extremities. What you are feeling is the blood flow returning to the lower half of your body. It is completely normal. The reason it goes away faster when you get up and move around is because you are working with gravity when you stand up so the normal blood flow returns quicker. Don't worry!! You are not experiencing anything that most all women experience after intercourse.

Most likely if not accompanied by a headache as long as it goes away with walking you should be okay.If you are really worried see a
doctor.
