I would get to your doctor as soon as you can. Pink and watery could be more of a sign of the onset of hemorrhaging. Especially the watery part. Because it is minimal it could be nothing but if you don't start with your normal period by tomorrow I would definitely consult your doctor about it. It could be a sign of a more serious problem. It can mean you are getting your period,or that you just having a in between leek edge.
