OBama is a man of high standards and beliefs. I would lose all respect if he chose her as a running mate!!

Sadly for the Democraps, their (Obama and Clinton) egos won't allow such a ticket. IF Obama wins the nomination, Clinton won't run with him, and vice versa. Hillary is too polarizing, and she should realize this before 2007. Obama has a shot.... not much, but a shot. Even worse for the Repukelicans, they will fight against McCain's nomination. Personally, if anyone but McCain gets elected, then the US is in trouble. McCain has a great plan for Iraq, wants corruption removed from the Congress and plans to truly form a more transparent government. Granted, like the rest of the pseudo-Represenatives in Congress, these are probably lame campaign promises, but McCain has delivered on his rhetoric. Unless Powell, or some other candidate for the Dems joins in the race, I hope to see President McCain in our future.

I'm not sure about Hilary...
But, I am a HUGE fan of Obama's. He is articulate, intelligent and actually possesses the morality that he Republicans have claimed yet never displayed.
I understand that he does not have as much experience as is necessary to take office as our president. However, that could also be an asset. My only concern is that if he does take office as our president & is in over his head that he will blow it, & make mistakes that he would not have made had he had more experience. Obama is a soild man with integrity and that may be worth a great deal more than experience. With or without experiecne I have faith in him.
If he ran for office I would not only vote for him but I would work on his campaign in my state; something I have Never considered doing before. I whole heartedly beleive in him. Something I could never had said for Bush, Cheney or Condi - the great triad of disaster.

Too soon to tell.

But, they are likable candidates!
I would like to an 2008 Democratic Administration with Hillary and Obama in there somewhere.....but also General Wesley Clark for a Secretary of Defense maybe..............I think Hillary would also make a good Secretary of State (if not President) John Kerry as President or National Security Advisor. ............. Let's not forget New Mexico's Governor Richardson.........He has good credentials as Governor and his work with the UN.

I think we should distance ourselves from people like Howard Dean........He is too far to the left which hurts us. Bill Clinton was a moderate, it worked, it can work again with right combination of candidates working together for the 2008 Presidential Election.

Experience means nothing in the American political playing field. After all, Mr Bush is a prime example of this.

It's all about the catchy name and general "Godiness" (not to be confused with morality).

That's why Al Gore lost, after all. Not only did he have an awful name, he was also one of those environmentalist types who doesn't believe in that whatever will happen it is in God's great plan.

So, in light of this, does Obama have a chance? I don't think so. Also, Hillary loses on the Godiness part, as women are not perceived as particularily spiritual, except in the dark satanic temptress way.

Nope, it is an utter impossibility for her to win, here are the reasons; 1. She is a woman (America not ready yet) 2. she is a northeastern liberal democrat (America will not vote that in) 3. she is a senator(rarely does a senator beat a governor) 4. the conservative base which is larger than the liberal base will mobilize in an unprecedented way to defeat her. Hillary will lose if she runs that is why you will not see her run.

Any Democratic ticket can win, if the Republicans can't come up with a good candidate. Just so everybody knows, I'm heading up a bunch of people that are moving to China if Hilary wins. If you want to come, just email me.

i think Obama should run for VP first since he is fairly young in the world of politics although I must admit he is very popular nowadays. i don't know about hilary clinton. she is not that popular with the people. Democrats should carefully choose their candidates if they will like to snatch the executive seat from the well-oiled republicans in the near future.

Hillary is an idiot, I don't know a single person who would support her besides some of the moron pundits.

I watched Obama on MTP yesterday and was VERY impressed, he is intelligent, straightforward, breaks an issue down to basics and talks common sense. "They" say he doesn't have enough executive experience to be president, but I think that's exactly what this country needs is someone fresh and still uncorrupted by power, who remembers his job is to serve and represent the PEOPLE.

Obama for President! Bill Clinton for Vice-President!
Let Hillary rot in Hell.
And for those of you who say Obama doesn't have sufficient experience, I say, "What kind of experience has George W. Bush brought to the office?" He's the most moronic, dimwitted President in our nation's history! -RKO-
