I refer to my other question about sex: somebody replied:
It could be that he tore the muscle penis that what he probabliy mean remember men penis are made of muscle it rare, but it happen. hope that help!!!!

The penis is full of blood and the muscles in it are locked as part of the erection process.
Do you mean the groin area in general, maybe?
In that case, then I'd say a sizable minority at one time or another.

I think it's impossible actually. It isn't a muscle.
I've bruised mine during sex but it goes back to normal after a couple of days.
