Zero.

The penis is full of blood and the muscles in it are locked as part of the erection process.

Do you mean the groin area in general, maybe?
In that case, then I'd say a sizable minority at one time or another.

The penis is an organ, not a muscle. A man can pull a muscle in his groin, which is near his penis. Usually, it's from making an awkward move during sex. It's not common, but it's possible.

Your tampon shouldn't injury the two! quite it looks such as you're bleeding extraordinarily heavily.. in case you have the two a pad AND a tampon and you're overflowing your tampon interior of three-4 hours time and filling up a pad that lots, you're bleeding unussually heavy. you have gotten another themes happening which could be assessed by a gynocologist. for the time of your era you're additionally experiencing some swelling and such. And the "wetness" isn't quite the comparable the two.. the organic lubrication for the time of intercourse is diverse.. think of of ways quite some thing slides over oil, in assessment to water.
