It sounds as if you should go to a therapist and find out why you are afraid of success and want to sabotage yourself. It might be a lack of self-esteem or something else from your past that is preventing you from completing goals. Good luck!

Sounds to me like you have some sort of attention disorder. This is something I have struggled with at times in my life as well. Free will man you can do whatever it is that you want, but remember, its your choice. Try to think things through to completion, ie: what will you do without your medical degree? Try to visualize the outcomes of actions or non-actions before you make a decesion.

I have the same problem. What I do is take breaks a lot like vacations and I also give myself rewards for not breaking plans or commitments it also helps to write things down and check things off your list once you get them done it will make you feel better. Make a list of short term goals and long term goals and hang them on your fridge to remind you what you need to do.

This is something that goes back to your childhood. You need help, go and get counseling, it will be worth your while. And you will be free, from so many things holding you back all of your life!

Make a list of tasks; cross them off as you do them. Make it into a sort of game.
