i cant get msn or aol chat rooms as my isp is toucan?

360 is not a chat room. It is a web blog community. You can connect to people thru web pages/blogs. However if you have a Yahoo ID., you can use Yahoo chat. Find the button on your Yahoo messenger, or in the listings of Yahoo services.

yahoo is a sort of frienship club.. if u sign in you will meet a lot of friend there.
