Trapped nerve is my guess but you should see your doctor. Did you hit your head or neck? You may need x-ray even, or physio. See your doctor!

If you fell on your back then get to the docs. No point risking a back injury.
If you landed on you hand/arm/elbow then it sounds like you have briused or damaged your nerves.
As long as your fingers havent gone blue you should be ok to leave it a few days to see if it gets any better if you REALLY dont want to go docs, but really I would suggest getting to a doc in next couple of days.
Or phone NHS direct if in UK and they can advise you.
Which two fingers? As that depends on the nerve that might have been damaged.I'm assuming its the little finger and half of your ring finger...thats the ulner nerve. (otherwise it would have been thumb and index and middle fingers)

Which two fingers? I fell off my bike onto my hand/arm and hurt my shoulder a few weeks ago.
I have just come back from docs because I am getting pain from my elbow to wrist and strange sensations in my ring finger. Doc thinks a soft tissue injury/inflammation pressing on radial nerve. Prescribe anti inflammatories, no heavy lifting, hot and cold compresses, wrist rests when typing, possibly get massage as shoulder and neck stiff and if it gets any worse or does not clear up in two weeks - to go back. Immediately if it gets any worse.
So really, if it does not clear up with the aid of heat, rest, relaxation and anti-inflammatories, you really MUST go visit your doctor. And certainly if it gets any worse.

it is called Neuropraxia. when a nerve is slightly injured but not completely destroyed. the nerve will heal itself most of time and the feeling slowly goes away. best thing you can do is don't miss with it that includes chiropracters. by the way if you hate doctors, you have met the worng ones.
good day :)

Sounds like a pinched nerve. Would suggest an Osteopath or a Chiropractor.

Possibly trapped/damaged nerves depending on if you landed on your arm or back. if you really don't like doctors give it another day or so and if its still doing it pop along to your local pharmacy. they'll advise you most likely to go to the doctors but they might make some suggestions of things you can try first.
good luck!
