Yes, unless you are stranded and no dealership is near. If that's the case, it must be a garage certified to work on your particular vehicle. You must also get the repair receipt and bring in the old parts to be reimbursed.

Yes you do, sweetie. That's where you bought the warranty..and why it is called FACTORY - their Factory! Keep up all the dates in your little booklet, too! Make sure of it or you'll lose out...okay?

You can have normal service done elsewhere, like oil, other fluids, filters, but you must have good receipts that show mileage and dates.
