Keep only what I absolutely needed. Money for a house, a decent (not a luxurious) car, and maybe enough money for retirement, and then I'd give the rest away to charity.

Well first I would change it into a strong currency like the pound stirling. Then I would buy back my family's old home where I grew up (we had to sell it because my parents got divorced).
