this is because since ppl on average sleep 8 - 9 hours a night and during that time there bodies go through normal metabolic processes that break down and prepare materials for excretion.. That and the fact that your lying motionless most of the time which allows for everything to settle.

Because unless you've wet the bed your bladder is full and needs to be emptied. Even though you are asleep your body continues to function, your kidneys do their job, and your bladder fills. If you think about it you usually urinate several times a day, so you need to at night also - you just sleep through those urges until they get strong enough to wake you up.

because a lot of time you drink before you go to bed and that sits on your bladder all night long. Just think about it, you normally would use the bathroom every 3 hours atleast when you are awake.

Because you've been (hopefully) holding on all night, so hopefully you wake quite full - though I think you could wait a few more hours or so if you tried!

probably 6 hours or not even that long before you went to sleep you had a drink sometimes it takes a while for your drink to go down thats why cause i have the feeling to
