U can get greater out of masters in case you have some years exp to take issues into perspective. additionally in maximum circumstances the talents u get from academics are no longer precisely suitable to the jobs and the employers could prepare u besides. i'm going to declare if u have an decision choose for a grad interest and then after few years choose for masters. If you can get into the grad programe of any big institution then great. a few years exp is valued more than a masters straight out of college. U can get more out of masters if you have a few years exp to take things into perspective. Also in most cases the skills u get from academics are not exactly relevant to the jobs and the employers have to train u anyway.
I'll say if u have an option go for a grad job and then after few years go for masters. P,S. assumption that u want to work in business world and not academics or policy making for non-profit organisations.

i graduated with a bacholers of business, majored in supply chain management and minored in general business management and found it hard to get a good job without management experience.

an internship may be more valuable than furthering your degree right now.
