this guy is 2 yrs. older than me and he's my brothers bestfriend..he's making friends with in a sweet way..i dont know if he's courting me or what..but he already have a girlfriend..we even chat until midnight..he asks me,"do you love me?".."do you miss me?"..what if my brother and his friends are just playing with me?and why would he spent most of his time texting and chatting me?

If he has a girlfriend then he's obviously just playing with you. Don't fall for it, if a guy really likes you and wants to be with you he will end it with his girlfriend and ask you out.

I think that you should continue talking to him, but you should play a joke on your brother regardless of whether or not he's doing it to you. You should "hire" (not literally pay someone), a friend that your brother doesn't know and have her do something.
