Yes!!!!!!

1) The salary range for people with MBA's goes up a great deal (see salary.com for your specific specialty)

2) What you will learn will help you greatly. What you learn in your BBA helped you with the basics, as I am sure you will recall. The MBA will further this education.

3) When you learn from others' mistakes, you are less likely to make the same ones! (Much of MBA study is learning from others' successes and failures)

If you can get into the grad programe of any big institution then great. a few years exp is valued more than a masters straight out of college. U can get more out of masters if you have a few years exp to take things into perspective. Also in most cases the skills u get from academics are not exactly relevant to the jobs and the employers have to train u anyway. I'll say if u have an option go for a grad job and then after few years go for masters. P,S. assumption that u want to work in business world and not academics or policy making for non-profit organisations.

Decidedly, YES.

A Masters degree will make you a great deal more competitive than a BS degree. But if you wanted to be even more competitive, take your Masters in something other than Management. Take it in a degree that will compliment rather than replicate your undergraduate work. Something like "Information Systems Management" would give you killer credentials, and open many, many more doors.

It is unless you've already got a job lined up? I didn't even complete my masters, because A company offered me a high paying job i couldn't refuse. Everybodys different though It seems if you've already got alot invested you should go all the way.
