If you mean the anime series, it ends with Kagome & Inuyasha in a tree. Inuyasha confesses he feels guilty and inadequate over the incident inside the Oni, convinced he's responsible for Kagome's injuries. His apology yields a surprising result: Kagome tells him she's very happy. Kagome reminds Inuyasha he saved them all and that she was never happier than at that moment of crisis inside the Oni. At that time, Kagome was glad to be by his side. With a shy little smile, she scoots close to Inuyasha and rests her head against his shoulder. Scooting into Kagome with smile, Inuyasha admits he feels the same way about her, too. The show ends with the IY group continuing the quest for the Shikon Jewel and destroying Naraku.
If you mean the manga chapters, they're still going strong and probably will be for a while longer yet.

If watch the last episode of the anime( on vcd ), but still I don't understand what's going on in their relationship...
-* in the last minute of the anime: Inuyasha And Kagome sit together on the tree and Kagome lean her head on Inu's shoulder......

In the last episode inuyasha gets his butt kicked by gozer the gozerian in NYC and kagome is left with only one option:
The Ghostbusters. After soundly defeating the enemy god and the incarnation of the stay puft marshmellow man they proceed to engage in (with dana barett) one of the most well known and popular edited scenes from that movie where the movie ends in kagome getting gang banged by the ghostbusters and slimer pops out from somewhere else besides a hot-dog cart.
