Are false eyelashes supposed to be on the skin directly above your eyelashes, or actually ON your eyelashes? I can't figure this our and there is always a bit of skin between the false lashes and my natural ones so I think it looks weird.

You put them directly behind yours,It will be on the skin but you won't see it.Put a little eyeliner on first, just a little it helps it look more natural.Put them on with a cuticle stick so you can push them right near your own lash. I get mine done at the salon, they actually give you eyelash extensions. It costs like 350.00 but they look great and last for a few weeks.

Its always best to have a friend apply your false eyelashes. You don't want to put them on your eyelashes, but as close to the roots as possible to avoid that bit of skin showing through. If you don't have someone to do it for you, apply some black eyeliner incase you don't get it close enough and the skin that shows through will be covered by the eyeliner.

it is supposed to go right above your eyelashes. It may feel weird and uncomfortable but you should get used to it.

its above the lash no on it, the lash would look odd directly on the lash it's on the skin above it

I don't really know much about fake lashes, but I know that I probably wouldn't get them, just because your eyes are very important and i wouldn't do anything to damage them forever,

But then again there are cute, you should work with what you have! there are many types of mascaras that make your natural lashes look longer!
