Celestina. Hyacintha sounds too much like Hyacinth, the annoying character from "keeping up appearances".

I like Celestina the best because it is a combination of Celeste and Tina. Celeste brings to mind celestial things. It's just pretty. I think the other name is nice, but too hard to say.

The second name sounds like a tongue twister and it also sounds scientific
