Take time out to yourself. Do some soul searching. Sit down with your self to see where things went wrong and if they will continue. Turn off the phone. Like heather headly say ME TIME.

Well......This is a hard one. However, if you both truly love each other and are willing to make some changes. (Both of you!)

The only choice you have is to sit down and talk openly and honestly with each other about it. What happened. How it happened. How it made you both feel. Why it worked or why it didn't work for the two of you.

You will have to jointly make decisions you can both live with and decide "The past is the past" and look forward to the future together and try not to make the same messes again.

Best of luck to you. This is a journey you can make successfully if BOTH of your hearts are in it. It will be hard but you may just be a better, happier couple because of it.

Just wait. Give some time. Some of the tangles may fall out.

You take a step back, go away from that person for a while and try to see the big picture. We all need space and time to think clearly and until you do that, you're going to continue to feel this way. Keep in mind too that if you are unhappy, that needs to change. Good Luck!

If it is true love things will untangle themselves, if it's not true love, it just sounds like a mess. Figure it out before it's too late to do anything.
