There are many locations dotted all over the map. They are:
Outside any girlfriends house, when they are in.
In Los Santos area:
Head west from teh Johnson house, and cross the railway line. As soon as you pass under the bridge, turn right next to a weird building. Park on the drive, and go through the archway to the right. The little people icon will be there
Head to Dillimore from Los Santos, and look for the 'general store'. I can't remember the exact location, but there is an icon next to the general store
there is a rampage in Pershing Square, LS. In the dead centre of the square, there is a little skull icon.
In the San Fierro area:
Head west from your garage, until you pass the construction site, and you see a car park. The icon is near a vending machine in the car park.
In the Las Venturas area:
On the motorway that heads over the gant bridge, take the bayside tunnels exit (You may need to drive on the wrong side of the road). Carry on up that road, until you come to El Quebrados. Take the first right, then first left, then first right. Around the corner there should be an icon near a little shop. (Alternate directions: Head west from the barber shop)
Off the strip, head to the Royale Casino (Where Madd Dogg tried to jump off.) Around the northern side, there should be a covered alley (Still part of the casino). There should be an icon there.
To activate the icons, if it doesn't say, press any button on the second controller. You choose the second player

Hook up two controllers, and then go to one of the locations where you can get to the run around areas, or the rampage or whatever areas. The Los Santos area in the slums has one if you go there.

your have to find an red icon in the world that lets you play. look on the internet for there location.

there should be a symbol of two stick figures next to each other colored red.
look in the strategy guide or in the internet to find the locations of the symbols.
