If you want a better sentence, change to the active tense and cut out the excess wordiness. You used "is known" twice in the same sentence. Also, I would modify the nouns: not all people drink wine for this reason, and cancer can sometimes be cured. So a suggested change would be:
Many people drink wine because it is filled with natural antioxidants which may help prevent cancer, a sometimes incurable disease.

It's grammatically correct, except of course for the "uncurable" which should be "incurable." You might want to revise the sentence for clarity - "is drunk" sounds pretty awkward, and while cancer is often incurable, there are many people who do get better. I'd try something like this:
"Many people drink wine because it is rich in anti-oxidants that prevent cancer, a serious and often fatal disease."

My suggestion is to shorten it. The way the sentence reads now requires a second read for some. Also, I have never heard of "uncurable", so I used "incurable", which is defined within the dictionary.
Here it is:
Wine is drunk by people because it contains natural anti-oxidants that combat cancer, which is currently an incurable disease.

The popularity of wine can be linked to its intrinsic properties such as the presence of natural antioxidants that helps to prevent cancer, which is an incurable disease.
OR
Many people drink wine due to its intrinsic properties such as the presence of natural antioxidants that helps to prevent cancer, which is an incurable disease.
Actually u can leave out "incurable disease" because we all know that cancer is incurable.

that sentence is perfectly correct, no worries.
however I would write:
Wine is drunk by many people because it is known to contain natural anti-oxidants which help to prevent cancer, this is known to be an uncurable type of disease.
