There is some overlap - neuroscience studies the biological aspects of psychology. But mostly the answer is no, psychology has traditionally been studied separately from psychology. In most universities, the psychology department will be separate from the biology department.

Biology most usage is in Taxpnomy,Systematic,Biosystematic,in other words,biology talks about details and it contains too many branches.if you are sick you just need a pill or something else,but you don't need to know how that virus works and what is its mechanism,biology talk about things like this.
Psychology Means Knowledge of Mind,really different from biology.
Psychology===>Society Medicine
Biology===>Public Medicine(Animals,Plants and ...)
