I have a dell latitude cpi laptop, I was trying to connect it up to the internet & it just powered off! Charger seems to be working fine, but there is no power whatsoever on the laptop! Any idea's what I can do? I would be most greatfull for any solutions. Thanks in avance.

ur ac charger or what its called might say its working but mabye its not also ur battery may be messed up. i would check battery and charger. if yoo replace and problem persist call dell and chew them out.
p.s. on ur keyboard on the laptop click the fin or fn(it should be on lower left of the computer in blue letters) and hold down and look for a button on the number key or f keys that has a batterry looking picture on keyboard. itll tell u your status of your battery

Unplug all wires, battery. Plug in AC adapter only. If adapter is good and LT light blink but screen is blank, then re-installing software; otherwise, only expert or find a same LT and test each internal component (mother board, CPU, RAM, interface cards...) need to replace.

you dont want IE7. I downloaded it while it first got here out and it completely screwed up my computing device, so I had to flow returned and reset my settings to production unit settings. I lost each little thing by way of fact of IE7. and particular I even have an XP.
