not every where has wifi connection. I am talking about hotel room connection

a good hotel should have dsl connection, which u can connect to ethernet / lan port > rj11

else a dial-up solution should sure be available > rj45

just ask at reception, procedure & access numbers

I do this all the time. Verizon is my cell phone company and I have a "data cable" which connects to my laptop. I had to buy the software disk and cable from Verizon too. Then I use my free minutes to get online and check mail, banking, etc. They offer a service that costs $60 to $80 a month but if you use their other slower service it is free except for minutes used at peak time. This saves my life as I HAVE to be connected one way or the other every day.

T mobile do a web n walk service where you can connect to their service for about £7 bu they also have a ssrvice where you pay around thirty pound a month and you can go to a computer anywhere put a usb cable from it into your phone and it will connect you to the real internet. Hope this helps x

you will have to find a local hot spot. most hotels offer this at least in thier lobbys some of them in the rooms. you should ask at the front desk. if they dont have it there just find a starbucks or something like that in the area they will have it. good luck.

don't know too much about this but can't you just get an air card or something? like one of those wireless internet things from cell phone company...

if you are staying in a hotel they have a community center
and you can use it anytime...just ask.....or if you carrying your
laptop you can hook it up in the room.....ok
