Lol, this is obvious you just want us to do your homework for you. Fair enough I'll help.

Agree: You need to go to the Synagogue if you are of that religion because it makes you feel closer to God, then you can open up more and share your innermost thoughts and feelings.

Disagree: You don't need to go to a synagogue because God is everywhere. Since God is believed to be a supreme being/matter he is believed to be able to hear your prays anywhere. A synagogue is just a man made place and therefore is not truly 'God's Home'.

(P.S ~ If you include a conclusion about whether you personally disagree or agree you get more marks)

Glad I could help.

Yes, of course that's right. You can worship God wherever you want to - a church, mosque or whatever. Certainly doesn't have to be a synagogue.

Or were you asking only about whether Jews need to worship in a synagogue? Again, the answer would be no. Certain prayers require ten adult men to pray together as a quorum but it doesn't have to be in a synagogue

I think as a general statement its very true but as you mentioned synagogue it got me thinking that in fact if you wanted to worship God true to Judaism you would have to go to synagogue and if you wanted to worship God as a strict Anglican or Catholic you would have to go to church. However personally I don't think it would matter much, its the worship that I would imagine is important not the time and place.

I totally agree with you. Its not the place where you go to worship god is important. It's more important that you worship the god with all faith and belief from whereever you are.

A synagogue usually includes a large hall for prayer (the main sanctuary), smaller rooms for study, and often a social hall and offices.

So you can worship god from anywhere.

It's true. You don't have to go to a church or synagogue to worship God.

You can worship God anywhere, just like saying your prayers at night by the side of your bed.

I haven't been to a synogogue but I don't believe that you have to always attend any building in order to worship God. Worship is a very personal thing and should be something that you are free to do whether sitting in the car or in a Church. The Bible does advocate gatherings though, for fellowship, teaching and support I suppose.

I completely agree with that statement. You can worship God anywhere you are, there is no need to go to Church, God is with you everywhere, as long as that's what you want. My opinion ayway. Hope that helps!

I wholeheartedly disagree!

Neither Christ nor God said that we had to go "anywhere" at all to worship because God is everywhere.

And this "Idea" is basic in all Religions. -

But Christ did indicate in the Bible that people should "gather" and have "social intercourse" when they worship.
