i beta test for Microsoft and i would hold off on upgrading to vista until they have the bugs worked out. i have vista ultimate running on 2 computers right now. there are a lot of issues with compatibility of drivers for devices. a lot of third party software will not run properly. i have found solutions for a lot of the problems but nothing i can really explain to you.
