If you are using Internet Explorer, I recommend either Webaroo (http://www.webaroo.com/) or WinHTTrack (http://www.httrack.com/). Both are free.

If you are using Firefox, I recommend you use the slogger extension. The extension is free.

You can read about Webaroo at:

"I love the internet. You love the internet. Neither of us likes life too much with absolutely no internet. To that end, we've posted about several tools for working with web pages offline, and while they're great for saving web content for research and annotation, they're not so great when you just want to do your daily reading on your laptop away from an internet connection.

Read more about WinTTrackk at their website:

"It allows you to download a World Wide Web site from the Internet to a local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack arranges the original site's relative link-structure. Simply open a page of the "mirrored" website in your browser, and you can browse the site from link to link, as if you were viewing it online. HTTrack can also update an existing mirrored site, and resume interrupted downloads. HTTrack is fully configurable, and has an integrated help system.' -- excerpt from httrack's website.
